If you woke up one morning and were surprised/confused (and maybe a little sad) to find the above picture in the place of where onenecktwochains.blogspot.com used to be, don’t worry, we felt the same way. Basically, due to our high traffic and the fact that we had a few (very questionable) DMCA violations, Blogger decided to simply press the delete button. This happened not only to us, but to a number of other big music blogs, in an event fondly known as Musicblogocide2010. Our 3000 posts from the old site, filled with our hard-work was wiped off the internet overnight, and the crazy thing is we didn’t even get a warning. For a while, we were very disillusioned and even thought about giving up on blogging, but through the support and encouragement of our readers, we decided against that. We, along with several other bloggers, are currently fighting to get our archives back, but to take on Google, the parent company of Blogger, is not really an easy task considering our comparative resources. So for now, me and Sona have decided to move into this new space and we hope our amazing readers will follow us here. We’ll continue to provide you guys with what we think is the best in Hip Hop music, interviews, live performances, and more throughout our stay. Feel free to kick your feet up and make yourselves at home!
